Who runs Life Figured
Life Figured is an independent project founded by Adam. The founder does not claim to be a qualified financial adviser, tax specialist or accredited educator. Our materials are intended to help people understand financial concepts, not tell them what financial decisions to make.
How we research
We aim to use primary sources such as official tax authorities, regulators and government guidance for rules and thresholds. Financial information can change. Where a source, assumption or tax year matters, we aim to identify it on the relevant page. Not every page has been independently fact-checked.
How calculators work
Our calculators use simplified models and the inputs you provide. Their results are illustrative estimates, not personalised recommendations, quotes, lending decisions or guaranteed outcomes. They may omit fees, eligibility criteria, changing rates and individual circumstances. Check the tool’s assumptions and consult official sources or an appropriately qualified professional before important decisions.
Dates and updates
A page update date may describe an editorial or design change rather than a complete review of financial rules. We do not label a resource as independently reviewed unless a documented independent review has taken place. If rates or rules are time-sensitive, please verify them with the relevant authority.
Schools initiative
Life Figured for Schools is in development. Draft teaching materials are not approved or ready for classroom distribution. We intend to seek feedback from experienced teachers and appropriate subject specialists before any wider release. We do not claim curriculum accreditation or endorsement.
Corrections and feedback
If you spot a possible error, please use our contact page and include the page address, the figure or statement concerned, and a source if available. We will assess reported issues and correct material errors when identified. We cannot provide individual financial advice in response.
